Using Zoom I can deliver a fully immersive and interactive workshop for your sales, marketing or recruiting teams.
I prefer to keep delegate numbers to a maximum of 15, this is purely to encourage more interaction. More is possible so feel free to discuss numbers with me.
Here’s how it works;
- Firstly we arrange a free 15-minute consultation. This can be done on the phone although I prefer to use Zoom, the video conferencing tool I will use for the sessions. This call we allow you to explain your objectives, ask any questions and allow me to get a better feel of what content will best serve your needs.
- I will then send you a tailored agenda for your approval, the range of topics covered usually include;
- LinkedIn facts. How the algorithm works and how users normally succeed on the platform.
- First impressions count. I will provide guidance on how your profiles could be adjusted to ensure that they meet the highest standards.
- How to build an effective network including best practice invitation techniques
- Searching. How to find people, companies, introduction opportunities and content
- Effective communication and engagement techniques.
- Content creation & sharing principles. How to gain engagement on your posts and /or Articles including tips to outsmart the algorithm.
- How to effectively use your company page
- Groups. Why they can still be relevant and how to use them effectively.
- Research. How to ‘really’ understand someone on LinkedIn
- Q&A
- Objectives

Depending on how much we agree to cover, the training will likely be spread across three 90-minute sessions.
The first two sessions will be run very close together (possibly on the same day although I would usually advise over 2-3 days). The third session is a follow-up (usually shorter) where I will assess profiles, networks, engagement and posting activities.
Training has traditionally proven to be ineffective unless there is a clear follow-up process so the final session is essential in ensuring the techniques learnt are put into practice.
I have many years of experience of delivering these sessions during which I have learnt that 90 minutes is the maximum time you can expect someone to fully concentrate, especially when they are at home.
Delegates can access these sessions on their computer, tablet or phone irrespective of the operating system.
