What The F*”* is Happening?!
Well well well, a lot can happen in a week!
Last week I casually mentioned Coronavirus at the end of the episode, like it was something of minor importance, now it dominates everything!
Including this episode.
Amongst all the panic and negativity out there, I thought I would share with you my own personal journey in dealing with this challenge. I like to think I’m pretty good in a crisis, in truth I’m really not but a few sleepless nights finally got my head into a better place.
More of that later…
Feedback from a Previous Episode
John Espirian may have come up with an answer to the question I had about why we sometimes see native video views and at other times we don’t. John looked at 20 native video posts from different people and it would seem that video views are only shown if the views are above 500. I have since checked regularly to disprove this theory and as yet have been unable to so I think he probably has the solution.
It’s worth noting that a native video view is not the same as any other post. A ‘viewer’ has to actually pause on the video for 3 secs whereas other posts only need to appear in the feed.
The Right Way to Use LinkedIn As A Jobseeker
What a fantastic example Caroline proves here on how to successfully get a job on LinkedIn. I know she was expecting her search to take 6-8 months yet she has managed to get a position already. Well done Caroline

Coronavirus
Thanks to Sandra Clark for bringing this video to my attention. It fits really well with my thought process about the situation.
The best antidote for the anxiety created by the Coronavirus pandemic is to think of others before yourself. I personally found this to be of great help and I’m glad to say that I’m sleeping well at night again.
That’s all this week, please take good care of yourself and look out for others (and keep away from them)
